Have you ever heard of Life Coaching? Coach Walking is much the same, with one key difference.

You walk and grow ideas instead of sitting down.

It’s an ingenious way to invest in your physical and mental health in one go. Walking lifts heart and lung fitness, improves balance, strengthens bones, and while you do it, you explore exciting new ideas with a passionate life coach by your side.

A few practical notes

Start wherever you feel most comfortable. Pick a familiar route, check the forecast and dress for it, and keep a Plan B in mind: the treadmill, the living room, even a quiet hallway will do. The walk is the point; the where is yours.
