I have one firm goal in mind: to guide you on your path toward total transformation in every aspect of your life.

I’m a professional and certified life and health coach with over a decade of experience tapping into, and unleashing, the true potential of more than a thousand clients, using state-of-the-art coaching techniques and tools.

Before
the work.

FIDM · International Design & Training Manager · 15 years

It all started after attending the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles. I went on to spend more than fifteen years working as an International Design and Training Manager, and quietly, on the side, as a health coach.

I helped countless clients across the globe. By every external measure, the work was going well. But somewhere along the way, I felt I needed more out of life, and I knew I needed to make a change.

My coping strategies were pushed to their limits. The exhausting demands of being a working woman who traveled internationally, working above and beyond while still trying to maintain a social life and search for my soul mate. Clearly, my entire being began craving more out of life.

I heeded my soul’s plea for change.

Life Purpose Institute · Certified Life Coach

I went on to receive my Life Coaching Certification from the Life Purpose Institute, which I feel marked the true beginning of my existence and my purpose. Today I enjoy a robust and diverse practice, with clients all over the world.

I dove head-first into a new world, one organized around three ideas I now build my whole practice on.
